Yesterday I had a truly wonderful moment. I was talking with the woman who runs Fired Up Pottery in Cottage Grove and I showed her one of my poetry cards and she loved it. She said "that's how I try to live my life" and so I gave it to her. Now I am inspired to buy more cards and keep handing them out to people I meet...

Sunshine, sunshine and more sunshine

I was so glad to see the sun this morning again! After our very long winter with more than 100 inches of snow, (and a few flakes on Saturday!) I need as much sunshine as I can get.

Jump Right In!

My favorite part of the day today was my 15-minute walk through the labyrinth in the early morning sun before my fasting bloodtest. The birds were chirping. The air was warm. I was all alone on a hillside with no time pressures. I want to hold that picture in my heart...
