Chicken Soup

My favorite part of the day today was the chicken soup I just had. Warm, golden, healthy-ish with lots of vegetables, and just for me. It's so easy to forget that we are really just another kind of animal and that fulfilling the body's basic needs can bring such pleasure. Once again I am reminded of the phrase "come to your senses to come to your senses."
